Presented by the Michigan Clinicians for Climate Action, the Cancer Free Economy Network, and the NAACP Greater Grand Rapids, this webinar will discuss how voting and civic engagement is considered a social determinant of health, or a non-medical factor that affects your health.
Ahead of the Michigan primary election in August, hear from community leaders and health professionals about how voting directly influences the public's health and well-being. Speakers will also address how to have conversations with neighbors, friends, family members, and colleagues who may be disenchanted by our political system.
